Single Malt Whisky Reviews from Australia

Had this one at a tasting a while ago hosted by Tim Duckett from Heartwood.

Notes

Eye: Mahogany

Nose: Espresso, dark chocolate and hints of citrus. Very refined nose.

Palate: Espresso, dark chocolate, heavy cream and spices. Drying in a good way.

Finish: Long and oily with the perfect oak influence. Lark sherry cask whisky has always been great but this bottle was absolutely phenomenal.
